What is a vehicle wrap?

This is where the vehicle is literally wrapped in vinyl. The vinyl contains the colours and designs of your company/product/service and is shaped and moulded to the vehicle.

Are there different types of wraps?

Wraps are as individual as the people they are made for! Vision Signs offers everything from simple sign writing to full wraps.

A full wrap includes the entire surface of the vehicle. This may or may not include the roof and bumpers, depending on your wishes and your vehicle specification.

A half wrap takes many forms.  It may include the entire rear of the vehicle and half- way up the vehicle. We can help you design a half-wrap to suit your needs.

How long will a wrap last on my vehicle?

There are two main types of material used. A Vision Sign vehicle wrap will normally outlast the duration you’re looking to use them for.

With our cast material you can expect your wrap to last 5-7 years or longer. We also have a vinyl specifically for short-term promotional wraps. This material looks just as good but is for a shorter time period of 6 months to a year.

Will the vinyl damage my paintwork when it is removed?

No. in fact, the original factory paintwork will be protected from minor scrapes and chips. The vinyl and adhesive are removed without damage.

What will it cost me?

Not as much as you might expect. An eye-catching, moving advert can be yours for the price of an advert in the Golden Pages and it will last for years. The price depends on the size/shape of vehicle, design and time.

What else can you wrap?
